LIVE – Rival Sons at Ramblin’ Man Fair

The first in a few posts of my personal highlights fron Ramblin’ Man Fair this weekend. First up, Rival Sons! The rain fell when they played, but they were still awesome. Also introduced by Vic Reeves! Mx

LIVE – Black Label Society in London

Last night kicked ass! The only downside to the show was the fact I couldn’t rock out in the photo pit while I was shooting, it was a bit mental in there! A selection of my favourites from the show:   Mx

LIVE – Prepare for Hell Tour, London

Slipknot came to London at the weekend on their Prepare for Hell Tour, with KoRn as their main support. Both sets were full of energy, with songs that got me rocking out in the photo pit (whilst working of course) and taking me back to my youth. As I’m sure you’ve seen over social media, during KoRn’s set, the guys from Slipknot came out and played a cover of Beastie Boys ‘Sabotage’ – which was unreal! Here are my favourite shots from the show. Mx

LIVE – Machine Head in London & Birmingham UK

I had the incredible honour of photographing 3 of Machine Head‘s UK shows at the end of the ‘Killers & Kings Tour’ Euro leg . It was definitely one of the best moments of 2014 for me, both as a photographer and a fan. As you can imagine, there were quite a lot of pictures to go through. But I’ve managed to get them down to these favourite moments to share with you…. “Don’t ever stop being a fan. Some folks think it’s uncool to be one. They look at me like i’m an idiot when I wait for autographs, tweet to a band or look out for guitar picks after a gig. These people can go suck eggs. The longer i’m around music, the more I realize the importance of staying a fan. If you lose passion for artists you love, you’re forgetting why you got involved with music in the first place” Lou Brutus. Hell fucking Yeah. Mx
