My Terrorizer Cover!

Ahhhh, so I can finally share my excitement (and interrupt what would have been my next post) with you all, to announce that I have my first Terrorizer Magazine Cover!

A few weeks ago, I shot the Napalm/Bodom show in London. With my lighting gear in tow, I set off earlier in the day and had a shoot with Shane Embury from Napalm Death for the cover. This issue would also be for the 20 Year Anniversary of the magazine – damn cool!

I did the shoot against a white backdrop so that it could then have a montage of Terrorizer covers in the background (by Steve Brown) from the last 20 years.

Quite surreal, seeing it in my local WHSmith’s yesterday.

Shane was brilliant to work with, especially in the time frame we had to do the shoot. There were many great and strong images from the set, and I’m stoked with the one that they chose for the cover.

There was also a lot of champagne, whiskey, rum, and delicious Honey Jack Daniel’s consumed these past couple of  days, as the magazine hit the stores on my Birthday! DOUBLE celebrations.

And a Pirate Party to boot! (As you all know i’m quite obsessed with pirates). Sadly Jack Sparrow didn’t attend. Maybe next year ;)

Back tomorrow with the Tattoo Convention post!

AHOY!

A slightly hungover Marie
